It’s Friday morning and – maybe, like me – you need one more push to get you through this last day of the week. I found my push tacked on Emma’s bedroom door. It’s funny to me that at 13, she likes inspirational words. Sometimes listening to the radio in the car, she’ll look over at me, raise her eyebrows, tilt her chin up a bit then nod her head twice. Usually she’ll say, “Did you hear that, Mom? Those are words to live by.” Granted, this is usually country music we’re listening to, but you’d be surprised what the right set of ears can glean from He Cain’t Even Bait a Hook. And don’t even get me started on George Strait. *love*
Try not to be distracted by the misspelling. It’s an industry term for which the preference is to do it right first and spell it right second.
